Why does this exist?

Somewhere in the world.  Someone thought "hey you know what'd be cool?" and no one stopped them from completing the task.

    Ha! I LOVE this! Don't know why, but I do. (Aliens and saints always have a look of sincerity. Maybe that's why this works.)
